This image was inspired by a song I wrote by the same name. The idea comes from the Proverb, "The waters of a man run deep, but a wise man can draw them out." I wrote a song inspired by this saying. "Sound the deeps of this well. Draw out the inner rain. Discern its ripples and its color, but do not trouble its surface in vain. The waters of a man run deep, but a wise friend can draw them out. Lower your bucket to sample its storehouse. Let the pail shatter the black-mirrored soul. Sift through the levels embittered and pleasant. Judge what has made this fair water foul."
